Location: Birmingham
Salary: 150 - 200 per day Full-Time Permanent

Red Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Property Management company looking after a portfolio of approximately 400 residential properties.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with plenty of regular work, offering a varied workload across a large residential property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• General property repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
• Repair and replace fixtures and fittings
• Respond to maintenance requests
• Carry out property inspections and repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and landlords

About You

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a handyman role
• Strong all-round maintenance skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence

Basic electrical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
