3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of asbestos removal works across four live project locations throughout Birmingham.
Working for a leading UK construction contractor, this is a 10-week contract requiring an organised and proactive Site Manager who can coordinate multiple sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements.
Manage the delivery of asbestos removal works across four project locations.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation.
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and client representatives.
Monitor programme, quality and health & safety compliance.
Produce site reports and maintain clear communication with the wider project team.
Previous experience managing multiple construction sites.
Valid SMSTS certificate.
Asbestos Awareness certificate is essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Available to start immediately for a 10-week contract.
