Job Description
We are working with a well-respected and growing construction contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Engineer for their expanding team. As the Site Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project drawings and specifications
Managing quality assurance processes and maintaining accurate site records
Coordinating with site management teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and as-built documentation where required
Assisting with progress reporting, programme updates, and resolving technical issues on-site
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the construction or civil engineering sector
Strong setting out skills and proficiency with modern surveying equipment
A good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality procedures
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
