Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy
Location:
Leeds
Contract: Freelance
Sector: Residential

I'm working with a well-established construction consultancy in Leeds that is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a range of residential developments.
The Role:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of residential projects from inception through to completion.
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and financial reports.
  • Administer contracts, manage variations, and oversee procurement activities.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the UK construction industry.
  • Strong residential project experience is essential.
  • Good understanding of contract administration and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential.
