The Opportunity

Working within an experienced commercial team, you'll take ownership of projects from procurement through to final account, managing all commercial aspects whilst working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

Projects range across luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, with values reaching 15 million and predominantly administered under JCT contracts.

This is a business where quality comes first, relationships matter and your work genuinely makes an impact.

We're Looking For

• Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
• Confident managing projects independently
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Someone excited by the opportunity to relocate and build a new life in Guernsey
