Join a growing consultancy delivering lender and fund monitoring services across development projects. You'll take ownership of monitoring instructions, produce lender reports, undertake site inspections and assess project risk.
The Role
- Deliver monitoring services for funders and lenders
- Undertake site inspections and progress reviews
- Produce monitoring reports
- Review project costs, cashflow and risk
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements
- Support growth of the regional team
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Previous monitoring surveying experience
- Strong construction and development knowledge
- Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background
