A well-established and highly regarded metalwork company is seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Designer to join its team in Bedford.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures
- Proven experience within Structural Steel or Architectural Metalwork
- Ability to produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior designers is desirable
