Requirements Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman on civil engineering projects. Good knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and groundworks operations. Ability to lead and motivate site teams. Strong communication and organisational skills. Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level preferred). SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
