As an Architectural Technician, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in projects from concept through to completion, working across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors throughout the UK and beyond. You'll prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications, support planning and building regulation submissions, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance with current legislation and CIAT standards. Contributing to design development and turnkey project coordination, you'll work closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team giving you the chance to develop a broad skill set, showcase your technical abilities, and see the real-world impact of your work across diverse and meaningful projects.

This Architectural Technician role would suit someone who's passionate about detail, design, and delivery, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will help you thrive in a collaborative environment, whilst experience in commercial or industrial sectors, knowledge of sustainable design principles, or CIAT membership or ambition working towards accreditation would strengthen your application further.
