• £240 £250 per day CIS

Frontline Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a residential development in Maidstone.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving the project through its final stages, managing subcontractors, coordinating finishing trades, and ensuring all snagging and completion works are delivered to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day finishing works on site
• Coordinating and chasing subcontractors
• Working through snagging and completion schedules
• Monitoring quality and closing out defects
• Reporting progress to site management
• Maintaining health and safety standards on site

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Finishing Manager
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, logical and motivated approach to work
