Salary- 350- 380/day

Role overview (summary):
An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) Project Manager will be responsible for executing complex, high-security facility and infrastructure projects. This role centers on safety compliance, project delivery, and stakeholder management across campuses.
Core Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety procedures, including specific standards and Principle Contractor duties under CDM legislation.
- Project Delivery: Direct end-to-end management of MEP installations from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning, and snag-free handover.
- Commercial & Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, optimize commercial performance, and ensure delivery stays on program.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate daily activity briefings, manage contractors, and liaise with partner organizations and clients .
