Site Manager (Housing)

Synergy Personnel LTD is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for an exciting luxury residential development project near Salisbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the construction of 9 high-end residential properties, taking the project from start to finish with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager and back-office team.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Planning and coordinating works to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Ensuring quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and senior management
• Providing strong leadership and communication across the project

Requirements

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to take a project from inception through to completion
