Job Description
A specialist bathroom pod contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
The company works alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers on high rise schemes across London, delivering high end bathroom pod installations on large scale residential projects.
They need someone with a couple of years of experience and experience with JCT form of contract is ideal.

Who we need
Previous Quantity Surveying experience, at least a couple of years ideally within a Main Contractor environment, or a specialist subcontractor delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors
Experience working on London high rise projects would be highly beneficial
Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
Understanding of JCT forms of contract is ideal
