The Opportunity

We re urgently looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a live project in Port Talbot.

This is a fast-moving site with immediate start required (we need reliable individuals who can step in and deliver from day one).

The Role

• Install and strike formwork / shuttering systems to spec
• Work from drawings and site instructions
• Deliver high-quality concrete formwork within programme
• Work alongside site teams and other trades
• Maintain strong health & safety standards on a live site

What We re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on live construction / civils sites
• Ability to work from drawings independently
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable and able to commit to long hours

Preferred:

• Experience on large-scale or industrial sites (e.g. steelworks, civils, major projects)
• Able to integrate quickly into an existing team

What You ll Get

• Immediate start (urgent requirement)
• 10-hour days as standard
• Overtime available (including Saturdays where required)
• 3 4 weeks initially, with further work for reliable operatives
• Lodge options available for travelling trades (short-term basis)
