Health & Safety Advisor (lodge included)

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for Health & Safety Advisor to work on a large Civils and Infrastructure project involving various groundworks and heavy civil engineering works.

The successful candidate will work closely with site management, operatives, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide practical health and safety advice to site teams.
• Assist with the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure statutory records and safety documentation are maintained.
• Support management in achieving project health and safety objectives.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
