An ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to grow its London offering by appointing an MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a business that has a strong track record and portfolio of prime and ultra-prime residential schemes - someone with proven experience delivering such projects.
Alongside project delivery, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also lead a small Quantity Surveying team, mentor junior staff, and get involved in business development.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS
- Quantity Surveying background
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- High end residential / ultra prime project experience
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing
- A proven track record of delivering high end residential projects
