Electrical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join one of our valued clients on a permanent basis in Cambridge. Position Details

• Role: Electrical Supervisor
• Location: Cambridge
• Salary: £45,000 £55,000 depending on experience
• Position Type: Permanent

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising electrical teams and site engineers across a range of projects, ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The role will involve coordinating daily site activities, overseeing quality and compliance, managing documentation, and liaising closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

You will also support health & safety procedures, assist with risk assessments, and help manage labour and materials on site.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within electrical projects
• NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition qualification essential
• City & Guilds 2391/2394 Testing & Inspection desirable
• ECS/CSCS Gold Card required
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification advantageous
• Full UK driving licence preferred
