Site Manager

Job Description:

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded residential developer who, due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new housing development.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all day-to-day site activities from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements
• Driving high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Managing quality control and ensuring homes are completed to specification
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
• Liaising with customers, local authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders
• Monitoring progress and producing regular reports for senior management
• Managing site logistics and resolving operational issues as they arise
