Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring social value plans across multiple projects, ensuring contractual commitments are achieved and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering social value strategies across construction projects
- Working closely with project teams to identify and maximise community benefits
- Building relationships with local authorities, schools, colleges, charities, and community organisations
- Coordinating employment, apprenticeship, work experience, and training initiatives
- Organising community engagement events and educational programmes
- Monitoring and reporting social value performance against contractual targets
- Collecting and analysing social value data and preparing reports for clients and stakeholders
- Supporting bid submissions and contributing to social value commitments during tender stages
- Promoting sustainability, inclusion, and community investment initiatives across the business
- Acting as the key point of contact for all social value-related activities
