A leading property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team covering the Wandsworth area.

• Reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
• Plumbing works including repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting
• Working within occupied and void properties
• Delivering high levels of customer service

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs
• Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
