The position would suit an engineer with experience in smoke ventilation, HVAC controls, BMS, fire systems or specialist ventilation environments. Requirements Experience servicing smoke control, smoke ventilation or AOV systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability Knowledge of smoke extract fans, dampers, control panels and ventilation systems Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and remedial works Understanding of life safety systems and compliance requirements advantageous Experience with stair pressurisation or smoke shaft systems beneficial Strong communication and customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience commissioning smoke control systems Knowledge of fire alarm integration and cause & effect operation Electrical or controls background Relevant industry qualifications within HVAC, electrical or life safety disciplines Package 40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience Company vehicle Overtime opportunities Pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Long-term opportunity within a growing specialist life safety contractor Interested in hearing more?
