Multi TraderLocation: HMP Elmley, Isle of Sheppey Rate: £23.66 per hour via Umbrella company Contract: Temporary contract Your New Role Hays Specialist Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled multi trader to join a secure site maintenance team at HMP Elmley, Isle Of Sheppey This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large commercial and operational environment. The role is required for planned maintenance that is to take place at the establishment in various areas. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned maintenance within the prison. Involved with a number of different aspects as a Multi trade Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and health & safety standards. Complete inspection, testing and maintenance records accurately. Maintain compliance with site security procedures and operational requirements. Contribute to excellent service delivery across the estate. What You'll Need Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience. Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team. Full UK Driving Licence preferred. Due to the nature of the site, successful applicants will be required to undergo security vetting before commencing employment. All applicants must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the UK.
