Carpenter Multi Trader South East London (Wandsworth, Croydon, Merton, Bromley, Lambeth & Southwark) Social Housing Reactive Maintenance Permanent 50,000 + van & fuel card We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Carpenter to join their team in the South East London area. As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance, completing multiple jobs per day, ensuring a best in class standard of customer service is provided to the residents and their homes in which you're working. You will predomintely be completing carpentry work however you will also be required to complete basic plumbing, patch plastering & tiling. Qualifications/Experience Required: Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi in social housing or similar environment. City & Guilds / NVQ in Carpentry level 3 (desired) Knowledge of NHF Sors desirable Full, UK, Clean driving license, minimum of 3 Points Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert. (Desirable) Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
