Experience of testing, commissioning, witnessing, snagging and project handover. A recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualification, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant health and safety legislation. Strong fault-finding, reporting, communication and stakeholder-management skills. The confidence to challenge contractors constructively and work independently across several live projects.
