Tradeline are recruiting for a property maintenance and building company delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects throughout London.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a range of trades and take pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry works including doors, skirting, kitchens, and basic joinery
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
• Flooring repairs and fitting
• Reactive maintenance and refurbishment works
• Diagnosing faults and completing jobs independently
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
• Strong all-round trade knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Own tools preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
