Associate Architect
Location: Cheshire
Salary: 50-58,000
A well-established multidisciplinary practice is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its expanding team in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and accomplished Architect looking to progress into a senior-level role within a supportive and innovative environment. The role:
Managing projects from concept through to completion across a range of sectors
Leading both design coordination and technical delivery phases
Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
Delivering presentations and project updates to clients and stakeholders
Supporting team development and mentoring junior staff members
Ensuring projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard throughout all RIBA stages
Requirements for the Associate Architect role:
ARB registered Architect with significant post-Part III industry experience
Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages
Strong technical expertise and knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills
Proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing ability
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness with a motivated and professional approach
Ability to thrive within a collaborative and fast-moving team environment
