Take ownership of complex cases, including HHSRS risk-related issues and customer complaints. Work closely with residents, keeping them informed and supported throughout the lifecycle of works. Liaise with internal teams including repairs, asset management and compliance to coordinate delivery. Support procurement activities including quotations, tenders and contractor selection. Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation and organisational policies Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple building surveying or repairs projects within housing. Strong knowledge of damp, mould and condensation, building defects and building pathology. Good understanding of HHSRS and relevant housing legislation. Experience of writing technical reports and specifications. Knowledge of construction health and safety, including CDM regulations. Relevant qualification (e.g. HNC/HND, degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or Construction). Full UK driving licence. Additional Details: Home-based role with regular travel to sites.
