Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee a roofing and cladding project at Heathrow Airport for a period of approximately 2-3 months.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing roofing and cladding packages on commercial or industrial projects and be confident running site operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the project on site
• Coordination of labour, subcontractors, and materials
• Programme management and progress reporting
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Liaising with clients, main contractors, and suppliers
• Managing quality control and maintaining high site standards
• Attending site meetings and resolving issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing and cladding project management
• Experience working on live airport, infrastructure, or high-security environments preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
• Freelance / self-employed basis
