A prestigious aviation-sector organisation based in Hampshire are seeking a Planning and Development Coordinator to support their ongoing development and planning activities. The Role
You will play an important role in coordinating planning activity and keeping key processes organised and on track. This includes supporting a major planning application as well as managing a range of smaller submissions.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
Maintaining accurate and organised planning records and documentation
Monitoring planning conditions and Section 106 obligations
Coordinating information from internal teams and external stakeholders
Supporting stakeholder and community engagement activities
Assisting with responses to planning-related queries
About You
They are looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with processes, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
You may come from a variety of backgrounds, including:
Early career town planners from local authority or consultancy backgrounds
Planning assistants or planning officers seeking broader experience
Development management professionals looking for a more project-based role
Regulatory or environmental officers with planning condition exposure
Graduate with around 1-3 years' experience in planning, development, or a related field
This role would particularly suit someone who:
