Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of kitchen and bathroom installations. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties. Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges, and fittings. Repairs such as door replacements, skirting boards or kitchen units. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders within specified timelines. Assist with minor plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, replacing taps, and fixing plumbing fixtures. Basic patch plastering & electrical. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 / can consider time served CSCS Card Previous experience in social housing or similar environment.
