Site Manager - Short-Term Cover (Manchester)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a live hospitality project in Manchester.
The role will involve a handover with the current Site Manager, overseeing site operations for a short period, and then handing back.
Dates required:
- Start date: 24th April
- End date: 5th May
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and programme
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Maintain quality standards through to completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on live construction projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to step into an active site and maintain programme
