Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor - London ( 35,000- 45,000)
Location: Central London Salary: 35,000- 45,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team on a range of mechanical and electrical projects across London. This role is ideal for someone early in their QS career who wants hands on experience, structured development, and exposure to major building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
Cost reporting - Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and financial updates.
Measurement & BOQs - Support the production of quantities and tender documentation.
Procurement support - Help evaluate subcontractor quotes and prepare tender analyses.
Valuations & variations - Contribute to monthly valuations and change management.
Contract administration - Assist with NEC/JCT documentation and project records.
Project coordination - Work closely with senior QSs, engineers, and site teams.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a quantity surveying role, ideally with exposure to M&E.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Understanding of building services or a willingness to learn quickly.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or working toward it).
Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally.
