Contracts Manager - North Yorkshire (Hybrid/Flexible Working
45k - 60k plus package

We're working with a growing and highly specialist contractor based in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support continued growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, agile business delivering specialist internal construction & fit-out works for well-known clients including major hospitality brands, alongside occasional larger-scale NHS projects.

The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real ownership. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Following up leads and supporting work-winning activity
• Taking off drawings and producing estimates
• Managing relationships with main contractors and clients
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and project delivery
• Visiting site (typically once per week on larger projects) to ensure quality and progress

Projects are typically fast-paced, with a high volume of smaller works ( 3k- 5k), alongside more substantial contracts reaching up to 350k. Annual turnover currently sits at circa 1.2m, offering a varied and engaging workload.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager (or similar) role within construction/interiors
• Strong commercial understanding across estimating and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills with both clients and site teams
