What You'll Be Doing Leading the day-to-day delivery of a responsive maintenance contract Managing contract performance against KPIs, quality standards, and budget targets Taking ownership of contract profitability, turnover, and commercial performance Leading and developing Supervisors, Operatives, Planners, Administrators, and Supply Chain Partners Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Ensuring Health & Safety, SHEQ, and compliance standards are always met Driving customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement Producing performance reports and identifying opportunities for growth What We're Looking For Proven experience managing responsive maintenance contracts within social housing Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills Experience delivering repairs, voids, planned maintenance, or disrepair programmes Knowledge of KPI management and Schedule of Rates (SOR) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams HNC or equivalent construction-related qualification SMSTS or IOSH certification Experience with Sharepoint Managing PM/SM/RLO teams and delivering schemes in void and occupied property Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply?
