Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Document B and relevant British Standards relating to passive fire protection. Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify risks and opportunities during the tender process. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
