They are multi-site specialists and look after the needs of many projects including Construction, Civil Engineering, Landscaping, Building Maintenance, Water, Local Authority and Education. On top of an enviable track record, the business is experiencing exceptional growth and as such are looking to recruit a Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to join them on their journey. The role: The Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Project Manager will be required to oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial landscaping projects and routine grounds maintenance contracts. Responsibilities: Translating client briefs into project plans, managing budgets, directing operational teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Plan and execute hard and soft landscaping projects, managing the full lifecycle from the initial brief to final handover. Lead and develop site supervisors, operational teams, and subcontractors. Monitor team s performance against programme Track project budgets, prepare tenders, quote for additional works, and monitor profitability. Ensure all site activities comply with UK safety legislation (e.g., maintaining COSHH, RAMS, and PPE standards). Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
