Site Manager Required
Pay: 250 per day
Site manager - Refurb
Location: Kettering
Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: 29/05/2026
One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a 6 week refurb on a commercial building in Kettering.
The right person will also have a good understanding of H&S, Overseeing tradesmen, customer relations, ensuring the project is on track for completion.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing sub-contractors
- Good communicator
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
- Inductions
- IT Literate
The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS
- First aid at work
- CSCS Card
We are looking for the right person to start 29/05/2026.
