Site Engineer - Wakefield

Site Engineer Industrial Unit Project
12 Month Contract Outside IR35 £300 £400 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the delivery of a large industrial unit project on a 12-month contract basis.

This is a full cradle-to-grave role, managing the project from enabling works through to completion.

Scope of Works:

• Groundworks
• External works & yard slabs
• Steel frame construction
• Full site delivery and coordination
• Managing subcontractors and programme
• Health & Safety compliance
• Liaison with client and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering industrial / commercial projects
• Strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
• Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Rate:

• £300 £400 per day
• Rate dependent on whether candidates can supply their own kit/equipment

Contract:

• 12 month contract
• Outside IR35
• Starting Mid June
