Are you an experienced CCTV professional ready to take the lead on complex installation projects? We're looking for a proactive and safety-conscious CCTV Rig Leader to oversee the delivery of CCTV installation, maintenance, and commissioning works. As a CCTV Rig Leader, you will be responsible for leading installation teams in the delivery of CCTV and associated infrastructure projects across a range of environments. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading teams within CCTV, telecommunications, security systems, or related infrastructure environments. Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, testing, commissioning, and fault-finding activities. Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe systems of work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence. Relevant industry qualifications or certifications (e.g. CSCS, IPAF, ECS, SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent) would be advantageous. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, you will play a vital part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption.
