Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within programme. Coordinating testing, commissioning, inspections, technical handover, and adoption documentation. Building strong working relationships with clients, DNOs, highways authorities, landowners, and other key stakeholders. Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all project activities. About You We're looking for a proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering HV electrical infrastructure projects. Essential Experience Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering HV electrical infrastructure projects. Experience delivering NERS-accredited projects through to adoption. Strong knowledge of 11kV and 33kV distribution networks. Experience managing HV cable installation, substations, earthing systems, and commissioning activities. Experience delivering LV infrastructure and/or EV charging projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering and groundworks. Experience acting under CDM 2015 as Principal Contractor.
