Traffic Marshall

Weston-super-mare 17.50- 18.00 per hour Umbrella or CIS Full-Time

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial project based in Weston.

• Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.

• Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.

• Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.

• Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.

• Valid CSCS card.

• Current Traffic Marshal / Banksman certification.

• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves, goggles).

• Strong communication skills and reliability.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent pay rate of 17.50 - 18.00 per hour

• Supportive team and reputable contractor.
