Good practical maintenance and DIY skills. A sound understanding of health and safety, fire safety and COSHH requirements. The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience supervising contractors or cleaning teams (desirable). A proactive, flexible and professional approach.
