The Role This is a hands-on Site Agent position responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities and operational delivery across live water infrastructure works. You will be responsible for: Managing site operations across water mains renewal projects. Health & Safety compliance and site leadership. Quality management, inspections and compliance processes. Resource planning and programme management. Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Liaising with M Group site teams and relevant project stakeholders. Supporting the commercial team with CVRs, programme reporting and change management. Managing permits, records and contractual documentation. Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Maintaining strong relationships with client representatives and project stakeholders. About You You will already be operating at Site Agent level within water, utilities or civil engineering environments and will be comfortable managing live infrastructure projects. Essential Requirements -Previous experience as a Site Agent. -Thames Water Passport. -Water, utilities or civil engineering background. -Experience delivering live infrastructure projects. -Strong Health & Safety and quality management experience. -Experience managing resources, subcontractors and site teams. -Ability to work closely with commercial and delivery teams. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. -Full UK Driving Licence. Highly Desirable: -Water mains renewals experience. -Clean water network experience. -Utilities framework experience. -SMSTS. -CSCS. -NRSWA Supervisor. -Temporary Works Coordinator. -First Aid.
