This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to support the delivery of statutory compliance across a diverse property portfolio. Review contractor documentation, certificates, and reports to ensure works meet required legislative and quality standards. Support contractor performance management, including attending meetings, reviewing service delivery, and monitoring agreed standards. Assist with procurement, specifications, quotations, and project management of compliance-related remedial works. Support budget monitoring, invoice checking, and financial reporting for compliance activities. Provide technical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements. Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related queries professionally and efficiently. Contribute towards continuous improvement of compliance processes, policies, and procedures. About You You will have experience working within a property compliance, asset management, or housing services environment, with a strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
