They are looking to employ on a permanent basis, a Site Agent, although they would consider a Sub Agent looking to step up currently. They are delivering civil engineering works throughout the Southwest. The role is long term and is Inside IR35 Site Delivery & Operations: Lead day-to-day operations for allocated highways sections (earthworks, pavement, drainage, structures, or statutory undertaker diversions). Health, Safety, & Environment: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards across site operations, including leading Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) reviews and toolbox talks.
