Job Description

Our client is a leading specialist within the industrial flooring sector and is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships across the resin flooring market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record within resin flooring systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, specifiers, architects, and end users
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through excellent customer service and technical understanding
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments


Requirements

  • Essential experience within resin flooring systems
  • Proven background in sales/account management within flooring, construction materials, or related sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Full UK driving licence
