Maintenance Handyman

Maintenance Operative / Handyman
Temporary Role - 4 to 6 Months
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman to support a busy manufacturing site on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 months.

This is a varied role involving general maintenance and site support duties across the facility, including:

• Dismantling and moving racking and equipment
• Painting and general decorating touch-ups
• Changing locks and carrying out minor repairs
• Supporting with basic building maintenance tasks
• Assisting with office and production area set-ups and alterations
• Carrying out general upkeep and improvements around the site
• Moving furniture, fixtures, and materials where required
• Supporting the maintenance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
• Ensuring work areas are kept safe, tidy, and organised

We are looking for someone with previous trade or maintenance experience who is adaptable, practical, and happy to support with a range of tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a proactive approach and a hands-on attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, trade, or handyman experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
