MRICS General Practice Estates Surveyor Up to £44,000/year DOE

Your new company
You will be joining a growing estate and commercial property team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio delivering a full estates function including landlord & tenant, valuations, asset management, disposals, acquisitions and advisory work, with a strong emphasis on professional development and varied exposure.
Your new role
As a Chartered GP Surveyor, you'll support the day-to-day management of the estate, covering industrial, retail, telecoms, rural and operational assets.

Your work will include:

  • Managing landlord & tenant work (lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews, sublettings).
  • Supporting annual asset valuations and periodic Red Book valuations.
  • Undertaking inspections, estate management duties and advisory work.
  • Supporting transactional matters, overage cases and development-related work.

    The role offers exceptional breadth, where no two days are the same.


What you'll need to succeed
  • General Practice MRICS qualification essential.
  • 1-2 years post-qualification experience, with exposure to landlord & tenant and commercial property work.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a broad caseload.
  • A desire to work across varied asset types.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
