What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will: Being on the path to becoming a Quantity Surveyor (degree, HNC/HND or relevant studies) Have a genuine interest in construction and commercial management Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills Be organised, motivated and eager to learn Have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Ideally hold a full UK driving licence Previous industry experience, placements or site exposure would be advantageous, but not essential.
