The strip-out phase has already been completed, and the successful candidate will oversee the full internal fit-out package through to completion. Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site as the No.1 on site. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades. Oversee internal fit-out works including M&E, drylining, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes. Ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Manage site health & safety, quality control and site documentation. Attend and lead site meetings. Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. Drive the project through to a successful handover. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on refurbishment and fit-out projects. Strong understanding of internal fit-out and M&E work. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work. Asbestos Awareness Certificate. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
